Stylecraft has unveiled its first launch for the coming Autumn/Winter season with a feast of yarns, colours and patterns for knitters and crocheters.
Tweedy is a new trans-seasonal yarn with heathered natural shades and a pale cotton binder creating a lovely contrast. Supported by a collection of designs featuring slouchy shapes and dropped shoulders perfect for relaxing in the great outdoors, Tweedy is sure to be popular with knitters and crocheters over the coming months. The composition is 74% premium acrylic and 26% cotton with an RRP of £4.95 for a 100g ball.
Following the huge success of Batik last year, Stylecraft has added some subtle new shades to the palette called Rose, Silver, Mint and Lupin. These pastel shades are very much part of this autumns colour trends. The new colours are supported by a collection of patterns with a casual, unstructured feel including cardigans, jumpers, accessories and a fabulous duster coat for ladies. Batik is 80% premium acrylic, 20%wool and has an RRP of £2.25 per 50g ball.
Another very popular yarn, especially with sock and shawl knitters and crocheters is Head Over Heels and Stylecraft is delighted to introduce 3 new colour combinations called Ingleborough, Snowden and Ben Nevis, in keeping with the palette being named after mountains. Once again the brand is offering free patterns to retailers including a pair of socks designed by Blogstar Helen Kurtz, two shawls and a super cute baby cardigan. Head Over Heels has an RRP of £7.35 per 100g ball and is 75% wool and 20% nylon.
With an eye on the festive party season, Cabaret has 3 new colours in its palette called Rose Dawn, Lagoon and Macaw. This lovely, long repeat, colour change yarn has a hint of lurex to add a touch of glamour to anything you make. This season’s colours are supported by 2 shawl patterns. Cabaret is 98% Acrylic and 2% Polyester with an RRP £5.20 per 100g ball.
All the yarns and patterns featured here launch on 3rd July 2017.
